My contribution for this year's SE exhibition (Cabinetmakers Autumn Exhibition 2006) is a bench. As an object it's well known and traditional.

From a distance it looks familiar. As you move closer you see the difference. The seats hang beneath the tabletop, giving you an opportunity to sway.

Being linked not only by words but also by seat, response becomes both lingual and physical.
